On-site assistance with personal care, medical care, and housekeeping is available for seniors or handicapped persons through area and county organizations. Local stores offer free delivery to Elderbush of prescriptions, groceries, and hot meals. Mail pickup and all amenities are accessible without leaving the building and all are on a single floor. Our affordable rent, based on adjusted income, includes heat, electricity, water, sewer, and city garbage disposal. SEEKING BIDS - AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENERS The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Greenbush (Elderbush) is seeking bids for purchase and installation (excluding electrical work which is to be bid separately) of automatic door operators with large push button opener switches for the handicapped and wheelchair-bound. Openers to be applied to our existing door. Each bidder must do their own measuring and should include delivery to Elderbush Manor of Greenbush as well as installation (excluding electrical).
